I am a BACP-accredited Gestalt psychotherapist, relational supervisor and ICF Professional Certified (PCC) coach, based in Central London. I have worked as a coach since 2012 and as a psychotherapist since 2018, supporting individuals, groups and teams in the UK and internationally. My experience also extends to organisational consulting, adult education, professional training, and lecturing in psychotherapy.
At the heart of my practice are integrity, authenticity and strong ethical and professional standards. I work relationally, which means that I pay close attention not only to what you bring, but also to how we meet, what emerges between us and the wider circumstances shaping your experience. I aim to offer a space in which you can explore yourself openly, encounter both support and thoughtful challenge, and discover possibilities that may not yet be visible.
My professional standing reflects many years of training and continuing development. I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold the European Certificate of Psychotherapy (ECP). I trained in Gestalt Psychotherapy at the Gestalt Foundation in Greece and I am a member of the European Association of Gestalt Psychotherapy (EAGT). I am also an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach and hold a postgraduate qualification in relational supervision.
My own path to this work has not been a straight one. I originally trained as an engineer and later completed a master’s degree in Business Administration. Over time, I recognised that my abilities and interests were drawing me towards people, relationships and the processes through which individuals and organisations develop. This became both a professional direction and personal journey of discovery.
I now regard the breadth of this background as one of the strengths I bring to my work. It enables me to engage with both the inner world of personal experience and the practical realities of work, leadership and organisational life. My experience in education, psychotherapy, coaching and the creative arts also allows me to work with different ways of understanding and expressing what may be difficult to capture in words alone.

Whether I am offering psychotherapy, coaching or supervision, I do not work from a fixed formula. Our work may include dialogue, reflection, embodied awareness and experiential exploration. Rather than imposing a predetermined answer, I help clients become more aware of how they relate to themselves, other people and the situations in which they find themselves. From that awareness, different choices and more sustainable forms of change can emerge.
I offer psychotherapy, coaching and supervision both through face-to-face sessions in Central London and online. You can read more about how I work in the My approach section. If you would like to explore whether working together might be right for you, you are welcome to contact me. For a more visual and creative introduction to my work and the services I offer, you can also view my brochure.
